[EXPO Booth Operation Guidelines]

1. Operating Hours

• September 18 (Fri): 10:00–21:00
  Mandatory — Athlete registration for all race categories / Start of JTR Miler and JTR Miler Relay
• September 19 (Sat): 10:00–21:00
  Mandatory — Athlete registration for all race categories / Start of JTR 100, JTR 40J, JTR 38P, and JTR 20
• September 20 (Sun): 08:00–16:00
  Optional — Finish of JTR Miler, JTR Miler Relay, and JTR 100 / Start of JTR 5

2. EXPO Booth Fees

• 3m × 3m tent: KRW 500,000 per booth (VAT excluded)
• 5m × 5m tent: KRW 800,000 per booth (VAT excluded)

3. Items Included

• 3m × 3m booth: 1 tent, 1 table, 2 chairs, overhead banner, and 4 meal vouchers
• 5m × 5m booth: 1 tent, 2 tables, 2 chairs, overhead banner, and 4 meal vouchers
• The items provided may vary depending on the size and scale of participation.

4. Eligible Categories
Outdoor, nutrition, beauty, fashion, F&B, corporate ESG activities, and related industries.

5. Booth Location
Booth locations will be assigned by the organizer, taking into consideration brand placement and visitor traffic flow.

6. Storage and Liability
The organizer does not provide storage for EXPO booth materials or products and is not responsible for any loss or theft.

7. Waste Disposal
All waste generated at the booth must be collected by the exhibitor and properly separated at the designated recycling and waste disposal area within the event venue.

Please separate items such as:

• Cardboard boxes
• Plastic bags and packaging
• PET bottles
• General waste
